Estimates and planning ranges
Published prices and calculator results are planning ranges for the context described. They are not an offer to complete a particular project for that amount. Actual scope can change with wall dimensions, ground conditions, loads, excavation, demolition, disposal, access, drainage, engineering, approvals and restoration. A written proposal should identify inclusions, exclusions and the treatment of unknown conditions.
The cost estimator applies installation bands to exposed wall-face area. It does not price repair, drainage retrofits, slope stabilization or every form of engineered construction. The cost guide explains those limits.
Safety and assessment
Descriptions of wall symptoms are not diagnoses. A photograph, quiz result or website description cannot certify a wall as safe. Do not excavate, climb on, push, test or dismantle a suspect wall to answer a website question. Keep clear of falling material or moving ground and contact the appropriate authority where an immediate threat exists.
A contractor condition assessment differs from engineering evaluation, survey work and statutory inspection. The responsible qualified professional and permitting authority determine the services and approvals their roles require. No general height rule on this website should be treated as an exemption from every applicable review.
Project agreements
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize construction or create a fixed scope, schedule, warranty or payment agreement. Those arrangements belong in the project documents. Work is performed by fully licensed and insured contractors. The website does not claim that the brand holds a trade license or employs an in-house construction crew.
Property and permissions
Ownership, boundaries, easements and access rights must be established for the actual property. The presence of a wall near a boundary does not prove who owns it or how costs should be divided. Consult the relevant records and qualified advisers when responsibility is disputed. Our property-line guide identifies planning questions.
